Jaime Hensley, CRS, GRI
Jaime Hensley has experienced spectacular growth in the real estate industry. From the inception of her first office in 2004, she now operates six offices throughout East and Southeast Texas. Hensley came to real estate after a successful career with two premier companies. She was a financial consultant with Merrill Lynch in Beaumont, Lufkin, and Houston. From Merrill she joined Bank of America as a commercial banker and rose to President in the Lufkin market. This strong administrative and financial background and a dynamic personality account for her rapid ascent in the real estate business.
Hensley holds a Masters of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin University and a Bachelor of Science from Centenary College in Louisiana. She is a Certified Residential Specialist, a Graduate of the Realtor® Institute, and holds the E-Pro and Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation.
In 2009 Governor Rick Perry appointed Hensley to the prestigious Real Estate Commission, one of only six brokers in the State and among the youngest to receive this honor. She is dedicated to her work with this regulatory body that oversees 138,000 Texas real estate licensees. She served on the selection committee to hire a new Executive Director for the Texas Real Estate Commission, worked on a task force for the creation of the first Education Standards Committee, and currently serves on the Budget Committee.
Hensley still manages to remain active in the community and is a sustaining member of the Jr. League. Currently she serves on the Board of Directors of the Lufkin/Angelina County Chamber of Commerce. She was on the School Board of the St. Cyprian’s Episcopal School where her two boys attended. When she is not working, Hensley can usually be found at the ballpark or on the golf course supporting her boys in all their activities.

Jason is a 1994 graduate of Lumberton High School in Lumberton, TX. He earned a BBA degree in Accounting from Lamar University Beaumont in 1998 and later obtained his Texas Real Estate license from Allied Business Schools in 2009. Jason began his career at American Real Estate in the mid 1990's as Property Management Accountant. Later, he moved into the mortgage industry and worked as Staff Accountant for First National Security Corporation where he specialized in accounting for repos and warehousing of loans. Then, before joining American as CFO, Jason spent 16 years in the manufacturing, leasing & rental industry as Senior Accountant for Modern Group, Ltd. & Subsidiaries where he was responsible for doing financial analysis, multi-company & multi-currency consolidations and bank compliance reporting. Jason married his wife, Tina, in 2004 at Vizcaya Gardens in Miami, Florida. They have one daughter, Faith, who was born in 2012. Jason enjoys home renovation as a hobby. He and his wife have flipped multiple houses which have given him first-hand experience with real estate sales, rentals and owner financing transactions. Their spare time is spent at the beach and traveling to destinations around the globe.
Gayle Muckleroy was in the insurance industry for over twenty years before beginning her career in real estate in 1999. She came to American Real Estate when the Lufkin office was opened in 2004. Muckleroy is a resident of Nacogdoches County where she resides with her husband Gary. Gayle and Gary have five children, eleven grandchildren, and are avid hunters who love to fish in the great lakes around East Texas.
Born and raised in Southeast Texas, Karla Quinn earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business from Lamar University in Beaumont Texas. She gained corporate management experience in Accounting and Human Resources working in Houston in the legal field and later in Beaumont as Human Resources Manager for an engineering firm. She came to American Real Estate ERA Powered with nearly ten years’ experience in the Real Estate industry. In the 4th quarter of 2014, she took over as Relocation Director and was instrumental in achieving the coveted Platinum Excellence Award and Five Star Award with Cartus Broker Network. Married for over 25 years, Karla and her husband David reside in Nederland with their three children.
Lou Huber , Broker Associate, CPM, GRI, ABR
Lou Huber, a third-generation Beaumonter, began her real estate career more than 30 years ago with American Real Estate. She has earned the title of Certified Property Manager, the highest designation awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management, and is Past President of the Apartment Association of Southeast Texas. Huber attended Lamar University and the University of Houston, completing courses in long-range management planning, real estate investments, and residential property management. She is a specialist in real estate management of all types of properties, and her clients have included insurance companies, banks, RTC, FDIC, and individual investors and owners. Huber is a Graduate of the Realtor® Institute, an Accredited Buyer's Representative, a licensed Real Estate Broker, and currently serves as a Director for the Beaumont Board of Realtors.
Diana Schumacher, ABR, GRI

Diana Schumacher began her real estate career with American Real Estate in 1989 as a sales associate. She had a distinguished seventeen years in sales, winning multiple production and service awards, including "All American.” In 1998 she was named "Best Realtor" by the readers of the Port Arthur News. In 2002 she received the "Realtor of the Year” award, the highest honor bestowed by the Port Neches, Port Arthur, and Nederland Board of Realtors. She is active in the Board, having served two years as President, several years on the Board of Directors, and chairing numerous committees. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and a Graduate of the Realtor® Institute (GRI). Schumacher is an active member of St. Charles church and a contributing member of the community.
Chasity Gauthier, Broker Associate
Chasity Gauthier is an active member of the Lufkin MLS and is currently serving in her 2nd year term as Director of the MLS Board. She graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2003, and gained ten years of teaching experience before entering the Real Estate industry in 2012. During her Real Estate career, Chasity has been named Rookie of the Year for the Lufkin Association of Realtors, and has worked successfully as a sales agent to become a consecutive Multi-Million Dollar Producer. In 2014 she graduated from Leadership Lufkin, and she has remained active in the community. Currently Chasity is a member of the Junior League of Lufkin, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Museum of East Texas, where she serves as board president for the museum guild.
Debbie Hughes, Broker Associate, GRI
Debbie started her real estate career in 1990 with Jerry Hughes Realty and has been listing and selling homes for 22 years. She is a licensed real estate Broker in the State of Texas, and also holds the designation of GRI. She works full time in the market and is the Market Leader for the Orange office. Debbie is married to Glenn Hughes, owner and operator of Grizzly Glenn Western Products and Outdoor Furniture and they have two wonderful children. Debbie is active on the Orange County Board of Directors where she currently serves as a director and has previously served three different terms as President as well as Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. She is a director for the Stark Foundation, founding advisor of the LCM LEO Club and current director for the Orange County Chamber of Commerce. She is also currently serving as director of the Orange Lions Club and has previously served as President and chairman of the Orange Lions Club Charity Carnival.
Yvonne Ritter, CRB,CRS,GRI,ABR
Yvonne Ritter began her career in real estate in 1973 following a teaching career. She is a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager, a Certified Residential Specialist, a graduate of the Texas Realtor's Institute, and an Accredited Buyer Representative. Ritter has been active in the local, state and national Association of Realtors, and is a past president of the Beaumont Board of Realtors. In 1986 she was named Realtor of the Year by the Beaumont Board. Ritter has been a resident of the area for more than fifty years and has served on the Boards of many civic and business organizations. She holds Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees from Lamar University where she was a member of Phi Kappa Phi and graduated with highest honors.
