Andres Sanchez discovered his passion for real estate when he purchased his first home in 2017. After his son Thiago was born in 2019, he made the decision to change careers and began studying Real Estate at Lamar Institute of Technology. During his time as a student, he was awarded a scholarship from the Beaumont Board of Realtors. Although he can help with any local residential transaction, Andres specializes in assisting first-time home buyers and others looking for single family homes to flip or rent in the Beaumont, Lumberton, Port Arthur, Nederland, Groves, and Bevil Oaks areas. He takes pride in the quality of service and communication he provides to his clients, and is determined to relieve his clients’ stress by finding them the best deals. Andres loves that his career provides him with the flexibility to be with his family and friends while helping others find time within their schedules to look for their dream homes. He believes that when you find a job you love, it doesn’t feel like work. Real estate is not only his career, but also a hobby that he enjoys and an industry he foresees being a part of for a very long time. When Andres isn’t helping clients find the home of their dreams, he can be found with his wife and son at the park, drinking iced coffee, watching European football, or taking the role as the Commissioner of a Fantasy English Premier League.
