Kim Luckie has joined American Real Estate, ERA Powered in a newly created role: Director of Strategic Growth & Development. While she will serve the entire family of American companies, our Beaumont office will be her base of operations in order to drive growth throughout our Southeast Texas region and beyond.
 
For more than 25 years, Kim Luckie has been using her marketing expertise to help entrepreneurs generate demand, increase productivity, innovate customer experiences, and gain share of voice in crowded markets.
 
Kim fell in love with the real estate industry in 2013 and spent 10 years leading during an unprecedented period of growth for the company as Director of Marketing & Innovation at ERA American Real Estate in Northwest Florida. She is excited to brings her skills and passion to Southeast Texas.

Known as Captain Awesome, Kim is a mohawked, kicks-wearing, joke-telling, fun-loving, selfie-taking, karaoke-singing Alabama fan, who prizes authenticity, but didn’t actually attend the University of Alabama. As an in-demand speaker and teacher, Kim demystifies business generation and presents practical solutions to marketing and growth challenges for brokers and agents alike. Kim is a strategist at heart, obsessed with the idea that the only rules for excellence in innovation begin and end with effectiveness and profitability.
