Jaime Hensley, Owner/Broker

Jaime Hensley has experienced spectacular growth in the real estate industry. From the inception of her first office 2004, she now operates five offices throughout East and Southeast Texas. Hensley came to real estate after successful careers with two premier companies. She was a financial consultant with Merrill Lynch in Beaumont, Lufkin and Houston. From Merrill she joined Bank of America as a commercial banker and rose to President in the Lufkin market. This strong administrative and financial background and a dynamic personality account for her rapid ascent in the real estate business.

Hensley holds a Masters of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin University and a Bachelor of Science from Centenary College in Louisiana. She is a Certified Residential Specialist, a graduate of the Texas Realtors Institute and holds the E-Pro and Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation.

In 2009, Governor Rick Perry appointed Hensley to the prestigious Texas Real Estate Commission, one of only six brokers in the State and among the youngest to receive this honor. She is dedicated to her work with this regulatory body that oversees 138,000 Texas real estate licensees. She served on the selection committee to hire a new Executive Director for the Texas Real Estate Commission, worked on a task force for the creation of the first Education Standards Committee and served on the Budget Committee.

Hensley still manages to remain active in the community and is a sustaining member of the Jr. League. Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors of the Lufkin/Angelina County Chamber of Commerce. She was on the School Board of the St. Cyprians Episcopal School where her two boys attended. When she is not working, Hensley can usually be found at the ballpark or on the golf course supporting her boys in all their activities.
Karla Quinn, Director of Operations

Karla Quinn serves as the Director of Operations for the American family of companies, where she oversees the company’s day-to-day operational activities. She initially joined the company as the Director of Relocation, where she successfully managed the relocation services, ensuring smooth transitions for clients moving in and out of the area. Her leadership and organizational skills quickly became evident, leading to her promotion to her current role. Karla’s extensive background in human resources for national corporations has equipped her with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and employee management, which she leverages to enhance operational efficiency and foster a positive work environment.

Karla holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Lamar University, where she developed a strong foundation in business principles and management practices. Her academic background, combined with her professional experience, has made her a valuable asset to American Real Estate. Karla is dedicated to driving the company’s growth and ensuring the highest level of service for clients. Her commitment to excellence and her ability to adapt to the ever-changing real estate market make her a respected leader within the organization.
Kim Luckie, Director of Strategic Growth & Development

For more than 25 years, Kim Luckie has been using her marketing and operational expertise to help entrepreneurs generate demand, increase productivity, innovate customer experiences, and gain share of voice in crowded markets.

Kim currently serves as the Director of Strategic Growth & Development with the American Real Estate family of companies (American Real Estate, ERA Powered, All American Title, and American Leasing & Management). She fell in love with the real estate industry in 2013 and spent 10 years leading during an unprecedented period of growth for the company as Director of Marketing & Innovation at ERA American Real Estate in Northwest Florida. She is excited to bring her skills and passion to Southeast Texas.

Known as Captain Awesome, Kim is a mohawked, kicks-wearing, joke-telling, fun-loving, selfie-taking, karaoke-singing Alabama fan, who prizes authenticity, but didn’t actually attend the University of Alabama. As an in-demand speaker and teacher, Kim demystifies business generation and presents practical solutions to marketing and growth challenges for brokers and agents alike. Kim is a strategist at heart, obsessed with the idea that the only rules for excellence in marketing and innovation begin and end with effectiveness and profitability.
